Payment Terms

We accept payment by Paypal, Google Wallet, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch. If you have questions regarding payment please email sales@rainbowmusiconline.co.uk.

In the event of goods ordered being unavailable a full refund will be offered.

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate of 20%. International customers should contact us by email or telephone +44 1382 201405 to arrange a VAT exempt invoice.

 

Delivery

Orders are processed one working day after we receive them. Orders are usually shipped the next working day on a 1-2 day service (UK-Mainland Only) but please allow up 7 working days for delivery. Some address on the UK Mainland may take an extra day.

We dispatch and deliver Monday-Friday but a Saturday delivery is possible by arrangement. Extra shipping charges may apply for Saturday delivery.

Our couriers will attempt 3 deliveries. After this, the package(s) will be returned to us and you will be credited for the cost of the goods. In the event of this happening we will deduct a handling charge of £10.00 + VAT per carton from any amount credited.

You should inspect the items for damage before you sign for delivery. Any damages/shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. After this time Rainbow Music  cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages. For security reasons it is not possible for you to collect your items from the courier depot, the goods must be delivered to you.

All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability.

 

Unless otherwise advised, we will use a fully insured courier service to deliver your goods within normal business hours.

 

Goods

We cannot warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and compatibility with ourselves or manufacturers before ordering.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

 

Warranty/Guarantee

All goods are supplied with at least a one year manufacturers warranty.

Consumer Protection

In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations November 2007, the consumer has seven working days in which to cancel the contract of sale and request a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01382 201405

The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, boxed, with all accessories. Any claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the ammended Sale of Goods Act 1979. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods which prove to be non-defective. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. In the case of a refund (when the sale has been cancelled within 7 days) we will refund the initial carriage charge. If the customer cannot return the goods themselves we will charge a collection fee (usually £14) .

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All goods are sold subject to the The Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. E&OE. and the Distance Selling Act 2007.

 

Website Security

All card processing on our site is secure and handled by Paymentsense, the UK’s largest merchant services provider. Paymentsense offer the highest level of security, with tier-1 PCI compliant systems.

 

Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event of any failure of any item purchased the following will apply: If an item is faulty on delivery we will send an immediate replacement (if in stock) and collect the broken item. Otherwise simply send the item back to us, packed to the same standard as you received it, and we will repair (or replace as appropriate) and return it to you. If you are unable to send it to us we can collect within the UK Mainland for a charge of £20.00 + VAT. If we have collected any item which proves not to be faulty, then the customer shall be liable to pay for the uplift and delivery charge. If we have arranged an uplift for ANY reason from a customer, and the customer is not at home at the agreed time, or the goods are not able to be collected due to a lack of packing then we will charge a fee of £20 +VAT. We may also be able to arrange collection of faulty goods from addresses outside Mainland UK - please contact us for a quote. All returns must be authorised by email or phone by Rainbow Music before sending back to us. This is to ensure correct tracking of your goods, and any refunds or replacements that may be given.
